If, when submitting your login,
the page refreshes with no error message, you most likely have
cookies disabled in your browser. Try this simple test to determine
if cookies are working:

Click the "Test" link.
The resulting page will indicate "Cookies are enabled" or "Cookies are disabled."
If cookies are enabled but you still can't log in, try clearing your cookies.
